Scotland's North East corner is so rich in castles that it has a unique Castle Trail, a signposted route featuring some of Scotland's finest fortresses and grand mansions.

Also close by is the world's only  Malt Whisky Trail. This signposted route around the valley of the River Spey, takes in some of the distilleries that
produce the very finest of single malt whiskies.

With Scotland offering more golf courses per head of population than anywhere else in the world, it is no surprise to discover that there are more than 15 courses within a 30 minute drive of the Huntly Castle Caravan Park.

The Rivers Deveron and Bogie provide great angling for game fishermen. Not so far away is  the River Spey,  renowned for its salmon fishing.

In addition there are walks - from quiet strolls to demanding hill routes - swimming, all year cross country skiing, pony trekking, mountain bike hire, a falconry centre and game and rough shooting.
